POLICY ON RESERVATION OF EVENT CALENDAR DATESBegin copying here> Reservation of Event
Calendar Dates Event dates are reserved on a “first come, first served” basis. When Client first contacts Timothy, Client's event date is “penciled in” on Timothy's calendar. Multiple requests for the same date occur. Timothy's policy gives the “first come” bride (in descending order) the right to accept or decline her requested date and time. When Client's signed contract and deposit is received by Timothy, Client's specific date and time is then reserved for Client. If a second request for Client's event date is received, and Client's contract and deposit have not been received by Timothy, Client shall be notified that another bride requests Client's “penciled in” date. If Client does not return a signed contract and deposit within ten (10) days after Timothy's date notification, the next bride shall be given her choice to accept or decline, and so on. Notification may be made by mail, e-mail, fax, or telephone. Timothy E. The “RESERVATION OF EVENT CALENDAR DATES” policy above, replaces the 60-day provision when another request for your event date is received. This policy is an addition to our contract.
