POLICY ON RESERVATION OF EVENT CALENDAR DATES
Event dates are reserved on a “first come, first served”
basis. When you first contact me, your event date is “penciled in” on my
calendar. Multiple requests for the same date occur. My policy is to give
the “first come” bride (in descending order) the right to accept or decline her
requested date and time. When your signed contract and deposit is received by
me, your specific date and time is then reserved for you. If a
second request for your event date is received, and your contract and deposit
have not been received by me, you will be notified that another bride requests
your “penciled in” date. If you do not return your signed contract and deposit
within ten (10) days after I contact you, the next bride will be given her
choice to accept or decline, and so on. Notification may be made by mail,
e-mail, fax, or telephone.
My “CONTRACT FOR PIANO PERFORMANCE” asks you to pay your
deposit at least 60 days prior to the event. The “RESERVATION OF EVENT CALENDAR
DATES” policy above, replaces the 60-day provision when another request for
your event date is received.
This policy is an addition to our contract. Sign and date
this contract addition (see the
Contract/Fees page for
instructions), make a copy for your records, and return the original to
me via regular mail.
